1. Introduction

Welcome to BattleNPC ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between us and the customer ("you," "your") regarding the purchase and use of our game boosting and coaching services. By placing an order on our website or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Definitions

• Game Boosting Services – Services performed by a skilled gamer to improve your in-game rank, level, achievements, or progression on your behalf, with your explicit consent.
• Coaching Services – Interactive training or advisory sessions with a skilled gamer aimed at improving your skills, strategies, and game knowledge.
• Customer, You, or Your – The individual purchasing or using our services.
• Skilled Gamer – An independent contractor or partner engaged to deliver the purchased service.

3. Eligibility

To purchase or use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have verified parental/guardian consent.
• Be the legitimate owner of the gaming account for which services are purchased.
• Comply with all applicable laws and the respective game's Terms of Service.

4. Scope of Services

We provide the following digital gaming services:

• Game Boosting Services
  • Performed strictly with your prior written or digital consent.
  • Delivery timelines and outcomes may vary due to game mechanics, server conditions, and in-game events.
• Coaching Services
  • Minimum booking: 1 hour.
  • Maximum booking per transaction: 10 hours.
  • Sessions are scheduled based on mutual agreement between you and the skilled gamer.
  • Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' prior notice.
  • Conducted via online voice chat, video conferencing, or in-game communication tools.
  • Unredeemed sessions beyond the allotted time frame will be forfeited.

In order to manage your experience, our skilled gamer will contact you to reach a consensus before any services begin in game. They will guide you and provide the briefing that you would need to WIN!

5. Purchases & Payment

• All payments are one-off transactions and do not constitute subscriptions or recurring billing.
• Prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) and US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Full payment is required before any service is scheduled or commenced.
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard JCB and Amex credit cards.
• We do not store payment card details; all transactions are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account login details (for game boosting) and contact information.
• Maintain account security post-service by updating passwords.
• Be available for scheduled coaching sessions and respond promptly to communications regarding your order.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose.
• In violation of game publishers' Terms of Service.
• To exploit bugs, cheats, or hacks.
• In a way that infringes intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided on an "as-is" basis with no warranty as to specific outcomes.
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in dispute.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from:
  • Account bans or restrictions imposed by game publishers.
  • Game updates or server downtime.
  • Factors beyond our control.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any user who violates these Terms and Conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the website are owned by BattleNPC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
